Each room has a well-equipped kitchenette and is spotlessly clean, modern, and well maintained. Each room also has a coffee maker and microwave.
We welcome families and small groups, and we have plenty to keep the entire family occupied while staying at our inn, surrounded by nature, gardens, wildlife, excellent fishing, and, of course, Beaver Lake.
Although we are only a short drive from Eureka Springs (about 15 minutes by well-paved country road), our location is very secluded and quiet, away from the traffic and noise. Each season our backyard habitat efforts attract more species of birds and wildlife to our grounds, our lily pond, our woods, and our bird feeding stations. Our entire property has been designated a Backyard Wildlife Habitat by both the State of Arkansas and the National Wildlife Federation. Be sure to bring your binoculars and camera!

We are only a few miles from the White River below Beaver Dam, with trout fishing, canoeing, and hiking trails. Also we can supply information for a float trip on the river or a professional fishing guide for river or lake fishing.
Policies
- Prices are based on double occupancy excluding taxes.
- Please add $10.00 per extra person, $5.00 for children ages 5-12, ages
4 and under free.
- Minimum 2 nights stay will apply for in season weekend stays.
- Pets are permitted with pet carriers and prior permission. Subject to a $10 pet fee.
- Pet carriers are available at the front desk.
- Cancellation deadline
is 14 days; 30 days if you booked more than one room.
